Her Nexx Chapter is looking for an HR Executive Assistant who is responsible for providing administrative and support services to the CVO and the HR Department. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for helping others.

  • Provide administrative and support services to the CVO, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing presentations
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Provide support to the HR Department with recruiting and onboarding
  • Assist with the planning and execution of HR events and initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
