Ingredients
- 1 Very Ripe Banana
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Scoops of IDLife Vanilla or Chocolate Shake
- 1/4 tsp Baking Power
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions

In two separate bowls carefully separate the egg whites from the yolk.

Beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks.

Add the banana, IDLife Shake, cinnamon and salt to the egg yolks and beat until smooth.

Gently incorporate the egg whites in parts making sure to not overmix.

Heat a skillet over low heat and cook each pancake for 60-90 seconds on each side.

Top with blueberries or your favorite fresh fruit or yogurt!
