Protein Pancakes

  • 1 Very Ripe Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Scoops of IDLife Vanilla or Chocolate Shake
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Power
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt


  • In two separate bowls carefully separate the egg whites from the yolk.
  • Beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
  • Add the banana, IDLife Shake, cinnamon and salt to the egg yolks and beat until smooth.
  • Gently incorporate the egg whites in parts making sure to not overmix.
  • Heat a skillet over low heat and cook each pancake for 60-90 seconds on each side.
  • Top with blueberries or your favorite fresh fruit or yogurt!
